Free QR code studio

Nine kinds of code, styled how you want, exported as vector or a print-ready PNG - and verified by actually decoding the result before you download it.

A QR code's data has to stay square - the three corner squares are how a scanner finds and orients it, so the grid itself can never be cropped round. What a circular code really is: the square code sitting on a round plate, with the leftover ring filled in. Everything here decorates that ring; none of it is read.

Scan the preview with your own phone before you send it to a printer. Heavy styling, tight quiet zones and low contrast all cost readability, and the only test that counts is a real camera.

What you can build here

QR Studio generates codes for links, WiFi networks, contact cards (vCard), email, SMS, phone numbers, plain text, map locations and calendar events. Every code renders in your browser, so nothing you type gets uploaded to make a static code. Style the modules, corners, colors and gradients, drop in a logo, add a call-to-action frame, then export as SVG for print or a high-resolution PNG for screens.

Before a download runs, the finished image is decoded again to confirm a scanner can still read it - so a heavy logo or low-contrast palette never ships to a printer broken.

Static vs. dynamic QR codes

A static code bakes the destination into the pattern: free, permanent and unchangeable once printed. A dynamic code points at a short link you own, so you can change where it goes after the signs, menus or mailers are already out in the world, and see how many people scanned it, when and on what kind of device.

Dynamic codes need a free account. Static codes do not - generate as many as you want, no signup, no watermark, no expiring trial.
